Pukman @ WinK: the community that time didn't forget

I just discovered a very interesting podcast, a manga podcast! One of the characters in the story is called Avril, and Avril Lavigne supplies the music for the podcasts. If you have access to iTunes, you can watch the podcast here; or you can watch in a browser. The podcast description says that it costs $1.99, but I was able to watch for no charge, and I wasn't given any opportunity to pay.

The Guardian's special Oscar site is quite interesting. On the left side of the page, you can see a list of links to trailers (previews) of nominated films. There's even a regularly updated blog announcing things as they happen.

Did you notice Akicyann's post about writing essays? She found a site that gives lots of advice in Japanese. Check it out if you have time! I particularly liked this page on essay structure.
