Photos from cellphones to blogs

Many people now use cellphones to take photos and then transfer the photos to their blogs. Probably the best way to do this is to become a member of flickr and upload your photos there. You can then import your photos from flickr, or even blog from flickr.

To become a flickr member you first have to join Yahoo.com (the American service, not Japanese). Some people don't want to do this, and for them there are several alternative ways.

One way is to send your photos from your phone by email to your Gmail account, for example. Then, when you are at a computer, you can open the mail and download the photo to your computer, and then upload the photo to your blog.

The pictures show you two SD/miniSD adapters. Most modern cellphones have a miniSD card slot, on which people keep their photos. Take the card out of the phone and insert it into the adapter, then insert the adapter into a USB port on your computer (on the computer itself, not the keyboard). The card will appear on your desktop, and you can copy photos onto the computer, and then upload in the normal way.
